Adverb at the front sentence style

Today we have been learning about the adverb start sentence style. The rule is to start with an adverb then have a comma straight after. Here are some sentences that I came up with

Extremely, vibrant lipstick when she put it on.

Wishfully, She threw the coin in the wishing well.

strangely, the lady looked at me in the mall.

quickly, the cat ran past like a stuck of wind.

Intelligently, he got a A+ on all his tests.

Weekly, I go to school.

Stylishly, She and her friend walked down the red carpet.

Carefully, she put the baby to sleep.

Gracefully, he painted the canvas.

My birthday in lock-down

On the 26th of April it is my birthday, i will be turning 11 it is unfortunately we are in lock-down  . But it ain't going to stop me partying. Me mum and dad are going to be partying all night long. The games we are going to play is spot light,bob the apples,tail the donkey,hang man,play darts, do tiktoks,mid night basketball,musical statues and pool. And after we do all the games we are going to watch movies and stay up all night. And for dinner we are having home made burgers.  Stay home and Stay safe!!

One thing I have enjoyed about this week is PE
One other thing I have enjoyed this week was the last day of CTG
The thing I am looking foward to next week is starting new oppositions
The thing I want to learn is more maths
One thing im greatful for is Mauta T teaching me how to make a flute and a Xylophone.

Week 4 term 1 2020 weekly reflection

One thing i have enjoyed is Athletics day it was really fun doing some sports and watching  people do other sports. One thing im looking foward to going on the year 7&8 trip to the south island to Curious Cove. I learn best when the class is silent. I think i learn best with Zoe. The thing i will like to learn is the language German. The thing i will like to learn on next week is  WHR.
